Here we are. It's the 30th Day of the 8th Month in the 2008th year since Ano Domino. The Olympics are foolishly over. Baseball is still being played and some people are still paying attention but college football is on us and if you aren't drinking are smoking you should be working or being somehow responsible in some other way like parenting. My wife just slid a torn out article at me from the Palm Beach Post about how the woman was convicted for microwaving her baby. She should be microwaved to death or just shot.
